INJECTOR PROBLEMS

Portlaoise Diesel offers a test and repair service to most makes of diesel injectors, such as Bosch, Delphi, Denso, Stanadyne, Siemens / Continental, Yanmar and earlier brands such as Bryce, Lucas, CAV, Minimec, Motorpal etc. These brands cover most of diesel injection systems from passenger car, commercial and agricultural.

Our staff are fully trained to test diesel injection injectors to manufacturers standards and specifications.
We buy direct from the manufacturers to offer genuine quality replacement components for your repair.

Prior to testing and repair, we give free estimates for repairs.
Our staff are always on hand to answer your enquiries or offer advice.

Injector testing starts at €20+ vat per injector. Testing can take 24-48 hours depending on how busy we are when we recive your parts.

PUMP PROBLEMS
​
With 3 common rail test benches for pumps and 2 for standard pumps we can cater for every make,
​
model and brand.
​
​
We no longer offer a service on Ford, Opel, Man VP pumps (Bosch pumps that have their own ECU) or Pajero 3.2 pumps you can ring us for advice on where to try if you are in bother with one of these.

INJECTOR PULLING SERVICE
